The apartment
A place for a family or a group of friends
Spend the whole day on your own rooftop, or fit everything in: morning coffee by the pool facing the island of Coin de Mire, the lagoon of Mont Choisy at midday, dinner at the long table under the pergola.

Living room
An open living room and kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows onto a covered balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a wine fridge and a coffee machine.
Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms and one twin room, each with a desk and wardrobe. Three bathrooms, one of them with a freestanding bathtub.
Families
A high chair, toys and a playpen for little ones, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a nanny on request so the adults get an evening of their own.
Residence
A gated residence with 24/7 security, a large communal pool, the Da Terra restaurant and bar, a lounge, two padel courts bookable online and a 300 m² gym with monthly membership.

Pointe aux Canonniers is a residential area on the north coast. The residence is gated, with 24/7 security. Nearby is a street with a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and an ATM, and the white sand and turquoise lagoon of Mont Choisy beach are 10 minutes on foot. For an evening out, the restaurants and bars of Grand Baie are 5 minutes by car.

Yaroslava and Patrick
We first came to Mauritius on holiday, just like you, and fell in love with the island. That is how we came to buy this apartment, where you may soon be staying.
We are parents of two: Lucas, 16, and Patricia, 1. Both are big fans of Mauritius too, so we know what a family needs here, from a quiet beach to a good playpen.
Patrick’s passions revolve around the kitchen: meat, fish, wine and the grill. Yaroslava’s are health, both physical and mental. You will notice small traces of both in the apartment.
We would be delighted if you feel at home here, want to come back one day or share our contact with friends. We wish you a wonderful stay.

Before you travel
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of Switzerland, the EU and many other countries need no visa for a holiday. The length of stay is set by the border officer on arrival, usually up to 90 days. Check the rules for your passport with the Passport and Immigration Office.
On arrival you may be asked for a passport valid for at least six months after your trip, a return or onward ticket, your accommodation booking (we send you a confirmation) and proof of sufficient funds.
Before your flight, fill in the All in One Travel Form online. A paper version can also be completed before boarding.
How safe is Mauritius right now?

Which vaccinations do I need?
No vaccinations are required when you fly in directly from Europe. Recommended are hepatitis A and up-to-date standard vaccinations, especially measles. Dengue and chikungunya occur all year round, so protect yourself from mosquitoes day and night. If you arrive from or via a country with yellow fever, a vaccination certificate is required. Before the trip, ask a travel medicine doctor for personal advice.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes. For little ones there is a high chair, toys for ages 1 to 2 and a playpen for babies from 6 months to 18 months. There is also a laundry room, and a nanny can be booked on request. Tell us your children’s ages when you book.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights in the quieter months and seven nights over Christmas and New Year.
Can you arrange the airport transfer?
Yes, our driver meets you at the airport. The drive takes about an hour.
Can I use the gym and padel courts?
Padel courts can be booked online. The gym is available with a monthly membership.
